CAD CAM

Our up to date cadcam technology includes Powershape and Powermill from Delcam and Autocad.

Models or designs can be imported in a matter of moments from anywhere in the world in a number of formats including iges, vda, dxf, dgk and catia.

Other formats can be accommodated by using our translator.

Our new Upload Manager enables you to send large files straight to us without the need to email.

The designs can be printed on our HP Designjet 500 A0 Colour Plotter.

The data is then imported into our DELCAM POWERSHAPE program for modelling, or the DELCAM POWERMILL program for machining, and is programmed to produce a pattern / design.

The completed CAD model, together with cutter paths from our powermill, are then loaded directly into the Heidenhain control on our machine centre so that the program is ready to commence production at the push of a button.
