Boat Hulls

The cost to manufacture boat hulls / boat decks in fibre glass is now significantly cheaper, thanks to polystyrene on our large CNC.

We machine the hull out of the high density polystyrene, it is then coated with epoxy resin, and then fibre moulds are taken from the model. These can then be used to produce small or large quantities.
