CNC Machined Boat Hulls in Polystyrene and Polyurethane Foams

The cost to manufacture boat hulls / boat decks in fibre glass is now significantly cheaper, thanks to polystyrene and PU foam on our large CNC.

We machine the boat hull plug out of the high density polystyrene, it is then coated with epoxy resin, and then fibre moulds are taken from the model. These can then be used to produce small or large quantities.
