Polystyrene/Styrofoam

We at Premier patterns castings ltd can make almost anything in polystyrene/ Styrofoam from packaging to large full size models which enables companies on tight budgets to achieve excellent results. No job is too small or large, from simple to complexed.

We used polystyrene to produce this prototype model instead of using clay which proves it is an available alternative. The master moulds also made of polystyrene models in fibre glass to enable multiple panels to be produced.

This method can be used on other fibre glass components such as mouldings for mobile homes, boat hulls, furniture etc Models in PS can be treated in many surface finishes to give a more realistic appearance. This can be used for example on shop displays, film, theatre, stage props and any replica models.
